 - All girls welcome, from ages 5 to 13 (two divisions if numbers allow)

- Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to 120 players
  (there is no cutoff date, but we will add a note on this web-site when we reach this limit)

- Fees (includes jersey, prizes and banquet lunch) - Player $50.00, Goalie $25
  Note: If you are a goalie, please bring your own pads & equipment!

- Bring a new entrant and receive $10 off each registration fee!

- Please complete and mail with a cheque for your entry fee
  made payable to Clearwater & District MHA
